Added upon, Today I did:
  • 250 jumping jacks
  • 75 crunches
  • 160 leg lifts on each leg
  • 75 leg crosses
What a wonderful thing flex points are. No wonder why I didn't gain weight when I pigged out on New Year's Eve. Hopefully the next weigh in will be better!

Flex points are fabulous! They are what gets me through the week! I used to use mine on one pig-out day every week. I'd go to Carl's Jr. and order whatever I wanted without counting. (Though it really is easy to go over 35 points at any fast-food restaurant!)
