Slowly but Surely...
I went off of watching my weight for new years eve and I have found that I really do not need chocolate at the end of the day it is just a very strong desire. I truly am able to set aside points daily for a little chocolate. And I do not need to consume an entire 6 or even 15 oz bag in one sitting. Though at times I would like to think so, mmm.
So now~
- Jumping Jacks:150
- crunches:50
- leg lifts with each leg: 100
- criss crosses: 75
- And I strive each day to keep within my 34 points!
Current weight: Wednesday January 3 @ 9:26 p.m.
130.6 lbs.
Total weight loss: 2.6 lbs
