Taada.....
- I have added 50 more jumping jacks to my exercise each morning
- And twenty more leg lifts.
- Before I was finding it hard to do the crunches and now I am so at ease with them. It is easy as pie.
Current weight:129.4 January 10th @9:26 p.m.
I have gone below 130, I am so excited!!
