Up .4 of a pound. All I have to say is what the heck? I have been keeping within my points and have been exercising six days a week. The muscles in my butt are getting tighter. So Paul gave me a good comment...Muscle weighs more than fat! So maybe, just maybe I am losing fat and gaining muscle?

When I was doing WW faithfully, I had a weight loss pattern. I'd lose really well for three weeks and then gain a little one week. Lose really well for three weeks, and then gain a little one week. I finally tied it to my hormone level/cycle. But I always had a big loss the week following my gain. (As long as I stuck to the plan) Also, make sure you are either using all your flex points or using your activity points or your body will hang onto calories to use for your work-out.
