Slacking
I have been bothered by the way that I still look two months after having a baby, but obviously not enough to do something about it. I lack motivation, Ireally have none! So I am deciding to get some! I went out last night and with our Wal-Mart gift certificate I got a weight watchers scale and some running shoes!!
So my goal is to get down to atleast 120 lbs by April 1st.
Hopefully that is a realistic goal!
Current exercise routine:
- 100 jumping jacks (the kind where you do it twice and count it as once)
- 100 leg lifts on each leg
- 75 crunches
- 50 criss crosses with my legs
- and I am watching what I eat!
Prepregnancy weight: 114 lbs
