total weight loss:10.8 lbs

I am really thinking that these numbers are going to change dramatically again within the next week. I mean in terms of weight gain. The only reason that I have lost this much weight in a week is because I have been vomiting now for two days...haven't kept a single thing down.

Added upon, Today I did:
  • 250 jumping jacks
  • 75 crunches
  • 160 leg lifts on each leg
  • 75 leg crosses
What a wonderful thing flex points are. No wonder why I didn't gain weight when I pigged out on New Year's Eve. Hopefully the next weigh in will be better!

Up .4 of a pound. All I have to say is what the heck? I have been keeping within my points and have been exercising six days a week. The muscles in my butt are getting tighter. So Paul gave me a good comment...Muscle weighs more than fat! So maybe, just maybe I am losing fat and gaining muscle?

Taada.....
  • I have added 50 more jumping jacks to my exercise each morning
  • And twenty more leg lifts.
  • Before I was finding it hard to do the crunches and now I am so at ease with them. It is easy as pie.


Current weight:129.4 January 10th @9:26 p.m.
I have gone below 130, I am so excited!!

Weight loss in the past week: 1.2 pounds

Slowly but Surely...
I went off of watching my weight for new years eve and I have found that I really do not need chocolate at the end of the day it is just a very strong desire. I truly am able to set aside points daily for a little chocolate. And I do not need to consume an entire 6 or even 15 oz bag in one sitting. Though at times I would like to think so, mmm.

So now~
  • Jumping Jacks:150
  • crunches:50
  • leg lifts with each leg: 100
  • criss crosses: 75
  • And I strive each day to keep within my 34 points!
And today my calves started to burn. The past week it has just been my upper thighs and my behind!So I must be doing some good though I do not know where the weight has come off of. I have found out that it takes about thirty minutes to complete my workout. Thanks to my husband on two occasions I was able to finish it, the baby woke up and he kept him calm!!
